Start End Dates and Times Missing from EE4 .csv Format?

Hi,
I’m trying to dial in our process for uploading several events at one time, and I’ve downloaded a sample .csv layout from event we’ve populated in the system. It seems there are no columns for the actual start date and time, nor for the end date and time. Did I do something wrong?

Hi Brent,

Depending on what application you are using to open the CSV it may be difficult to find but you should see a ‘MODEL Datetime’ section which will list all of the datetimes assigned to the event.

Within that section you’ll find “Start time/date of Event[DTT_EVT_start]” & “End time/date of Event[DTT_EVT_end]” which are the fields for your start and end date and times.
