SQL Error when deleting Venue

Wordpress 4.1, EventEspresso 4.6.9.p, no Add-ons yet installed. Brand new Installation.

When attempting to delete a test venue that I had created which is now no longer attributed to any events I get an SQL error at the following URL which displays the following error log/backtrace.

http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_venues&action=delete_venue&post=180&delete_venue_nonce=02fc86999d

SQL Error

I also get a very similar error when attempting to delete a test event permanently from the trash – An EE_Error exception was thrown! code: EEM_Base – _do_wpdb_query – 1165
“WPDB Error: “You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘)’ at line 1″”
click to view backtrace and class/method details

Any ideas?

Many thanks,
Sam

Hi Sam,

How did you create the Venue (and Event) just manually?

Can you update to the latest version of Event Espresso (currently 4.6.11.p) and retest.
