I’m having the same issue (blank page upon selecting ‘Register Now’ button). This was working prior to updating EE. Currently using EE 4.6.4.p, with WP 4.1. Other EE add-ons include Calendar, Events Table View Template, Grid View Template, and Social Sharing.
I’ve changed themes, disabled plugins, and still no luck. Please help.

Thanks for getting started on troubleshooting by switching other plugins off. Could you please enable debugging through your wp-config.php file?
