Receiving error message: Error Occured. The server was acting as a gateway or proxy and received an invalid response from the upstream server.

We’ve seen this issue occur when it’s a server that’s using FCGI. Does your server use FCGI? Are you comfortable with making an edit to your .htacess file that will help allow the authentication headers to authenticate the app?
