I am having the same issue accept I just purchased the software and set it up brand new and the registration button just refreshes the screen and does not have a form to fill out it just keeps refreshing the page when they click register now

Could you provide a link to the event so we can inspect with Safari developer tools?

Hi, the event needs to be published.
Event Espresso does not support uploading files during registration checkout.

It was published I put it back into draft because it was no working

Hi, could you double-check the status and then go to WP-admin –> Settings –> Permalinks to refresh permalinks?
The link is still showing 404 (broken).
