I’m getting the same error Maurice Langlais have, I tried with Admin and other type of users and I made sure using “User Role Editor” that I have these permissions checked, but still i don’t seems to be able to get into the attendance list.
Also, “upcoming” events does not show data, i guess because i have so many events and when I open the up the only ones showing are the past events, so search is useless unless i scroll down all the way and upload all events
Thanks and really looking forward to use the app. it’s much needed. I hope i can make a use of it as my event organizers are outside our organization and they are not suppose to be able to access all information. we need them to access certain event and get it’s information and be able to check in based on it only. so am thinking of creating “event organizer” account and give to the organizer to do the check it then change the password. etc this is a work around but i hope your solution have something useful for me

please note that not being able to access the event attendees list also means i can’t use it to scan check in which is the most important feature in the app

Hi Khalid,
It turns out that when we tested the apps while they we’re in beta and also since their official release when we test them now, we are able to access the attendee list and scan.
When we find out why some servers aren’t able to authenticate with the apps, we’ll post more information in this thread and in the thread this was split from.
