Split: How to delete and modify a published and sold event date time?

Ok I have a similar problem. When I click the “delete” button nothing happens and I don’t have “Processing”… I tried to click on the dark background, close the popup and refresh the page but nothing happens, the lock icon is still here. So I can’t delete transactions, inscriptions, users, venues… ?!
Do you know when the problem will be solved ?
