I’m having a similar issue. Would anyone know why the changes I make in the uploads folder doesn’t show up? It’s still pulling code from the template in the plugins folder.

Hi,

I have split this post into its own thread to help keep it easy to follow for all.

I’ve had a look at your site and can see the custom templates (from within wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/) are in use currently. May I ask what code your a changing?

Thank you Tony for the response.

It was pulling CSS code from the template folder in the plugin folder (not the upload folder).

plugins/event-espresso/templates/css/themeroller/themeroller-base.css

What I did to fix the problem for now, is that I replaced the plugin’s template folder with the previous version’s template folder (where I had made the CSS customization before).

I have been having this issue for a while, and every time I update the plugin I have to re-do the templates. I feel like there is a step missing to get the changes in the uploads folder to take effect.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,

Are your themeroller files and folders located in this location:

wp-content/uploads/espresso/themeroller/

See step 3 in the link below:
