Split: Duplicate Event Registration Details Messages Sent to Customer

I’ve updated to Espresso 4.6.11.p. I’m having the duplicate “Event Registration Details” email even after following the instructions above (“…edit the Registration approved Primary registrant email, then blank out the “To:” field, then save…”). I’m getting 2 of these emails with each registration. Any ideas?

We are trying to determine if there is a duplicate shortcode in use.
