sorting not correct

When I try to sort events in the backend by starting date of event, the sorting is not correct. Am I missing something or is there a bug here?

Can you check the events that appear to be out of order and see if they have more than one datetime? The sort order will factor in the other datetimes for that event.

Yes, they all have multiple datetimes.

I compared two that aren’t aorted correctly:
event one

And:

event two

But I am not sure I understood you correctly. The sorting in the column Event Start sorts by another date, not the starting date of an event? If so, is there a way to sort by starting date?

It actually is sorting by the start date(s) of the event. What you’re seeing happen is when there is more than one start date, and you’re viewing the list sorted by start date ordered by DESC order is it takes all the dates involved with every event and orders them by DESC.
