I’ve noticed some of our registration form questions/answers do not appear on the backend in WP. It looks like it’s the “non required” form questions and our parent information fields, although a few do appear, for example “Emergency Name”, but not “Emergency Phone”. http://screencast.com/t/ZnIYenEEU. Some of the questions in Parent Information is locked (address), but the name is not, and this still does not appear. All of these fields are captured and can be seen when we download registrants in csv file.

Hello,
I see Emergency Name and Emergency Phone in the Question group selector as enabled (checked) so they should appear in the individual registrations screen in the custom questions area.
Are you seeing these as empty for older registrations on your site?
If so, then what may have happened is a registrant registered and then some changes were made to the registration form to add new questions. Is that what you are referring to?
