Sold vs Regs and Sort by TKT

Hi,

******************
On and event page editor next to the Available tickets there is a column for Sold and one for Regs. I want to understand the difference between sold vs regs: Sold means these are people that went through the registration checkout and made it all the way to the end, and may or may not have paid for the event correct? And Regs would be any transaction for that event even incomplete ones correct?
****************************

I use my events as recurring events. For instance I have a class that repeats every monday, so I enter all the datetimes into that one event page. On the Available Tickets name I put the date of the class. When I go look for registrations is there a way to sort by the ticket or by the event entry? I only see the option to sort by name or registration date. Or does registration date mean something else?
****************************

Thanks for your support

Hi Denise, your definition of sold and regs is correct.

Sorting by a specific ticket option in the registrations overview screen isn’t available at this time. You can sort by name or by registration date.

Registration date is the date and time that the registration took place on. For example, if an attendee/registrant registered for one of your events today at 12pm, then the registration date would show October 24, 2015 12:00pm
