Sold out

The event says it’s sold out but there only 4 tickets sold and the capacity is 14. Not sure what is going on.

Hi there,

Do you have values showing in the Rsrvd sections of the Datetime/Tickets?

Can you add a screenshot of your events ‘Event Tickets & Datetimes’ section, please?

Hi there,

Thanks for sending credentials to log in to the site. I took a look at the CNA South Day class and can see that there are several Pending Payment and Incomplete registrations. You could try reaching out to the Pending Payment registrants to see if they’ve had issues making a payment on your site, then if they don’t respond or state they are no longer interested, you could delete those registrations.
