Software Download ZIP does nothing

I clicked on link to download software and got a ZIP file. But when I open the ZIP file nothing happens.

Hi there,

When you say nothing happens, does it not open the zip at all?

Have you uploaded the .zip file to the site?

Sorry. I had not read the directions. I have uploaded to my site successfully.
