Social Media area on email invoice

I can’t seem to find where to edit the social media links that are shown on the registration confirmation email. Where can I edit the link and also potentially remove the links? Thanks.

Hi there,

The links are created within the message template, so:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Registration Approved -> Registrant.

The Main Content section generates links related to the Company (using the values from Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Social links).

Within the EVENT_LIST section you will find another set of links under th ‘Connect with this event’ heading:

So the links themselves come from the ‘Social Links’ section within General Settings.

Those use values that can be set on each individual event using custom fields, but also default to use the same values as above is the event has not had a value set on it.

If you want to remove those links you can delete them there and save the template.
