Site License Keys issues

when i first set up event espresso i had it on my site without the www in the url, but now i have my site with the www, now i have a message that my license key is invalid in wordpress, also i have a password protected staging site i use for doing updates before i commit it to the live site, how can i get my key to work on both my staging and again working on my live site.

Hi Jayme,

The key works for one site. So what you can do is set the staging site up with the automatic updates then deploy the files to production -or- set up the production site with the key and manually update the plugins using the WP built-in plugin uploader.

With the change to the site’s URL, we can do a key reset which will fix the invalid key message. I’ll reset the key right now.

thanks, would i be able to download the updates and do upload manually?
