I thought i had gotten an email from you telling me that you reset all of my site license keys. I entered the first site license key and it said it updated in the site but in my account, it says it is inactive. I don’t know if this is working or not and it should reflect that the license is being used in my account.

Hi Ruth, When you enter a license key into Event Espresso, that license key should be associated with that Domain in your account. You can post the last 4 digits of the site license key you used please? (Please do not post full license keys) There could be something on the server blocking Event Espresso pinging our server, are you running any security plugins? |

The domain should appear in your account when you enter the license key within Event Espresso -> General Settings within your site, you are correct in that you can not manually enter this within your account. I can see no reason why this currently is not working, would is be possible to take a look at the site admin? If so can you send temporary login details using this form please: |
