Site License Key Error

Like many others, receiving this message:

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

Could I get a reset? Thanks so much!

Hello,

There were significant changes made between how licensing is handled in 3.1.27.1P and 3.1.28.1P to allow for less restrictions and result in way less install key fails. But the change from the one version to the next may require resetting some keys.

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.

Your license key has been reset. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.
