Site licence reset, but shows as not active

I don’t have one-click upgrade available on my site. I asked for my site licence key to be reset, which it was, but now my account says that key is not currently active on any websites. I deleted the key, saved, then re-pasted, saved… still nothing.

Hi Ben,

I’ve just rolled over your Support License Key and created a new one for you.

You can find it in your Event Espresso account:

https://eventespresso.com/users/horsesandpathfinders/

If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your key and click on Save Options.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso and allow you to update.
