Site Key

I need to have my Sitekey reset, but it is asking me for my credit card info. I shouldn’t have to do that. Also, I thought that my business license should get me support, but I am only getting this forum. I need to switch over my sitekey to work with my actual site, not my dev site.

Hi Nina,

Sorry for the confusion. We only charge for resets if you are moving to a completely different domain. However, you key is not currently showing as being used, so you can copy it from your account and paste it into Event Espresso > General Settings on your site.

Your Business license provides you with support in our forums and access to our documentation.
