Site Key Error

Hi,

I just finished installing Event Espresso, however i’m running into the following error:

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

The error appears twice at the top of my WordPress page.

Is there a solution for this?

Hi,

How are you today?

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
