Hi,

first of all my site crashed two hours ago and the reason wp gave me was the EE4 + MailChimp when I went to look for the lost plugins. Neither can I upload back, so my site has no ticket shop.

secondly, I thought I ordered support + the program. Somehow I have basic installation pending on my account (which I could not activate, as it site wanted me to fill the form and then sent me back to the site and nothing happened…) So I did it myself and was happy. Now I would like to change it to support, not the basic install as this I know now and the other I seriusly need.

Well, I intalled it myself and yesterday when I tested it it worked fine. Today it went down and now I cannot recover it (please see problem number one).

I wonder if you could help me asap? The login information has been sent to your email. This is really a pity, I have had a lot of issues with the localization (I just gave up), and no I do not have a ticket shop at all.
