Hello, I’m getting an error on my client’s site that her license is invalid, although the checkbox is green and she renews every year around January.

Do I need to reset my license to be able to get the latest updates?

Hi Tim,

Looking over your account I can’t see any issue, so I’ve reset your license key anyway.

On the site, go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key (cut) and save.

Replace the key (paste) and save again.

Does it work for you then?

(Note that a reset does not change your key but if you want to be certain, copy the key from your account page rather than using the current key set)
