Shortcodes not working on checkout pages

I am using WPProfitbuilder them on several client websites. With the latest update, my eventespresso shortcodes are not working on the Registration/Checkout pages. I have added the shortcode both in the theme editor and in the wp block editor on various pages, and none work. Please advise if anyone is familiar with this problem.

Hi there,

When you say the latest update, is that the latest update to WPProfitBuilder, Event Espresso, WordPress or other?

If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical Pages.

Does the ‘Registration Checkout Page’ have the correct page selected?

Does it show ‘Page Status OK Shortcode OK’ next to the dropdown?
