Hi, I’ve run some testing with the current version of Event Espresso 4. Do you have [TICKET_LIST] and [DATETIME_LIST] in the Event list area of the message template? — |

This is what’s in there: <code><!-- content --> <div class="content"> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td><!-- Callout Panel --> <p class="callout"><strong>Event: [EVENT_LINK] Venue: <a href="[VENUE_URL]" target="_blank">[VENUE_TITLE]</a></strong> <strong>Registration Code:</strong> [RECIPIENT_REGISTRATION_CODE] <strong>Type:</strong> [TICKET_LIST] <strong>Start Date:</strong> [DATETIME_LIST] </p> <!-- /Callout Panel --></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> </code> In the sections below, I have: [TICKET_NAME] and [DATETIME_START] but nothing shows… |
Hi, The [TICKET_LIST] and [DATETIME_LIST] shortcodes need to be in the Event List area. The different content areas are arranged in order of priority so the main content area shows information along with information from the event list shortcode. The content areas below the event list such as ticket list, datetime list, or attendee list would then show information within the event list area or the main content area. Hope that makes sense! — |
