I am trying to get the registrant’s company name to display on the registration summary message but cannot find the correct short code for this. Before upgrading the EE4 the registration summary message displayed the company name along with the registrant’s information.

Hi there,
Which version of EE did you upgrade from?
Company name is a custom question, so are you using the ANSWER_* shortcodes? Such as:
[ANSWER_*Company Name]
Or another?

We upgraded from decaf. I was trying [COMPANY] but will try the one that you sent.

Can you let me know which message template are you editing?
Is it the ‘Registration Approved’ template?
The format for the ANSWER_* questions is [ANSWER_*{question text}]
So if you custom question was just ‘Company’ then you’ll use:
[ANSWER_*Company]
If its ‘Company Name’ its:
[ANSWER_*Company Name]
Maybe provide a screenshot of where and how you are adding this?

Is this within the ‘Registration Approved’ message template?
Your image shows [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_company-name]
The * is missing and it looks like you are using the Wuestion Label rather then Qeustion Text – http://take.ms/euz28
Try using this: [RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*Company Name]
