Set Up Promotional Codes – Promo box not showing up

Hi there,
I would like to set up promotional codes but the promo box in the sidebare as per at https://eventespresso.com/wiki/promotional-codes/ but the events promotion box in doesn’t show up. Thanks for helping.

Hi Kerstin,

That field should appear in the registration form (towards the end).

Do you have at least one active promotion and did you enable promotions for at least one event via the event editor?
