Sequence question

Just updated license, but I need to do several things. I need to update all my software because it’s several versions behind. I need to move my business license from one domain to another. I’m thinking that I could just completely remove the old installation and database from the old domain, then reinstall the new software on the new domain and request a key reset. Is this the proper sequence or is there a better way?

Hi Roger,

Yes. That should do the trick. Just make sure you remove the license key from the field and save the blank field prior to making the move.

Last question….
Do I paste the key into the settings before or after I request the reset?

Either really. We will ask you to remove the key save and add the key back.
