Sendgrid messages went to spam folder also

Can you recommend the best transactional email service. I have purchased sendgrid and installed the send grid plugin. Emails are still going to spam folder. Please help

Hi there,

The mail server used to send the email is only one of the factors used to determine if your mail ends up in spam, there’s also content analysis and profiles built on your domain.

Have you tried contacting SendGrid for any recommendations they may have?
