I am setting up a website using EE4 for selling tickets to courses.
What I am trying to solve:
Reminder email
I want to send a reminder message to the participants 7 days before a course.
Follow-up message
I want to send an email after an event to all (or selected) participants.
Can this be done with EE? How?

Hi there,
As it stands right now, you can use the batch message feature in Event Espresso 4 to send these out as a group, but they’ll need to be triggered manually. Also happening right now, the developers are working on an add-on that will add features for setting up automatic reminder and follow up emails. It’s basic functionality is outlined here:
