Send Customer Reference Number to Payeezy

We are using the First Data Payeezy plugin and need to send a generated value as their “Customer Reference Number” field. We want to use this field to help track payments. Can you point me in the right direction to set this up?

Hi,

I checked, and the First Data Payeezy plugin does send a generated value to the reference_no field in the api call.

If you need to change how that value is generated, you could make use of the FHEE__EEG_Payeezy_Onsite__do_direct_payment__request_content filter hook in a custom function in its own plugin.

The field we are looking for is blank in the report I have currently, so it may be a different field. Is there a reference of field names for the data sent? I looked at the online docs for the Payeezy API but did not see “reference_no”. I see “customer_ref” in the level 2 fields but I might not be looking in the right place.
