It is actually possible to select all of your registrants and send a batch email but I (we) do not recommend it.

Within the screen options at the top of the page you can select how many registrations to select per page, if you up that value you can select more registrants to send at once….

However, there are 2 problems with this.

Depending on how many registrants you have the registration list may time out when pulling in all of the information, depends on your server but there is a lot of information to pull in for the registrations and even more information for the newsletter. It’s a lot of information and will likely cause your server to time out.

But more importantly, a lot of hosts limit the amount of emails you can send in one go. This is to try and prevent their IP address from being marked as spam, if they receive to many reports of spam emails they will be blacklisted. The problem with that is your host can do any number of steps when you hit the limit, one of which is to simply ignore your email commands without warning. Meaning you could send 500 emails but only 100 (the host limit) actually send.

To send newsletters to many users it is much better to use a service such as MailChimp its free up to 12,000 emails and 2,000 subscribers. You get in-depth reporting of who opened your newsletter and can do much better campaign targeting.
