Wordpress 4.1.1
Event Espresso 3.1.36.6 P
New Install
Behind maintenance mode at the moment.

Hi,

I checked the forums but didn’t see any posts that address what I’m looking for. I would like to be able to have an attendee re-request the confirmation email be sent to them and it automatically send based on them inputting their email address. For example, if I have someone sign-up for an event that is 10 months away, often times they forget what specifics they signed up for and I have to manually resend their registration. I’d like for them to be able to go to a section on my site and be able to have Event Espresso email them the link where they can change or verify their details themselves. Is this possible? Thanks!

Hi Steve,

If the WP User Integration is installed, then the [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS]
shortcode could be used. That will let an attendee/registrant view their registrations at a glance and update their registration information as needed:

Hi Lorenzo,

Thanks for the quick response. My client would prefer that attendees not have to create a user account in order for this functionality to occur. Is there another way to reference someones registration details? Ideally it would work just like a lost password, but instead of sending a password reset email, it just resends the registration confirmation email.

On a side note, do you know how WP User Integration works for an event where someone signs up “additional attendees”? Do they all become WP Users or just the person who registered them?

Thanks again!

Hi, the primary attendee (first attendee registering) would receive an account.
