Hi there,

A ticket can be assigned to more than one datetime so you could assign a ticket to 2 datetimes and scan that same ticket for both.

Could you provide some more details on your event/ticket setup? The best way to set this up depends on what your trying to achieve.

Hi Tony,

Sorry for the late response.

Here’s my current setup:

1) There are two separate events with multiple datetimes
2) There’s a ticket available that will allow you to attend a specific datetimes for the two events.

Regards

Currently you can’t assign a ticket to datetimes in multiple different events so a single ticket will not scan for both of those events.

In order to have a ticket for both events the attendee would need to register on both of those events. You could create an additional datetime in one single event, hide that datetime on the front end and attach the ticket to that additional datetime within the event. You can then use the same event to scan the ticket twice, however its not very easy to manage and depends if you need to monitor the attendee limits as they will not sync with the other event.
