Sage Pay

Hello,

Currently I am in Sage Pay’s test environment and have entered the correct vendor name. I have also added my web server in the valid ip field in sage pay.

However I keep getting 4000 error saying that “The VendorName is invalid or the account is not active.” whilst using test cards provided by sage pay.

Any Ideas?

Hello,

Could you double-check that debug mode is enabled through the payment settings page for Sage Pay? This triggers testing mode.

Right, I that wasn’t set to enable.
