Safe to install EE4.2.3?

Because I had so many problems upgrading from 4.1 to 4.2.1 & 4.2.2, you guys had suggested I go back to 4.1 and avoid 4.2.2.

So now that 4.2.3 is out, is it safe to upgrade? Will it definitely not mess up my questions and dates?

You can update to the current version as those issues were already corrected:

Be sure to backup before making any changes.
