Role of event managers

I’ve installed the ticketing add on for EE3. I notice that users cannot log in using the mobile app for Android unless their “role” within wordpress is set to “Administrator.”

Giving everyone of our tour guides that only need to check attendees in, full admin access to our WordPress installation is a *huge* security risk.

Why cant users with simple “event contributor” access level log in via the mobile app?

Hi Angela, administrators and master espresso admins users can login to the mobile app.

I see now that this requires the Rolls and Permissions add on. Thank you for your response.
