Resetting the license key from one domain to another domain

Hi,
We used Event Espresso plugin in http://www.example1.com. Now we would like to migrate the plugin to another domain (www.example2.com). When we login into our account to reset the key, we could not do so. what should be done?

Hi Kishore,

I checked and the key that is set for this account is not attached to a domain. Did you get an email letting you know that the key was reset?
