Resetting registrations

Hi All,

I have created a number of workshops in EE4 and I then tested the registration so I could see what the delegate saw. The registration now shows one registered delegate and the delete button is locked because one person has ‘bought’ a free ticket.
How do i reset the number of available spaces or delete my test registration?

Hi Nick,

If you view the transaction for that registration (click on the TXN Date from the registration list), what does it show in payments?

Can you add a screenshot of that page?

Hi Tony,

I clicked on Trash Registration and that seems to have removed the registration and reset the counter to 0. Was that the right thing to do, or is the registration still lurking there somewhere and will appear in registration lists, etc.?

Yes, that’s the correct step to take, you can also delete the registration from the trash now too.

Event Espresso -> Registrations -> Trash filter at the top of the list
