Hello, i requested my Support license be moved to my subdomain page instead of my main webpage. When will license be “reset” or approved so I can get back to working?
I’ve just processed your key reset request and you should receive an email with further details. Key requests can take up to 24 hours on a weekday (although generally within a few hours), longer on a weekend as support staff may not be available to process the request.
Just to clarify, a pending key reset won’t stop you from working as the license key is used for support and one-click updates, it has no effect on Event Espresso’s functionality itself.
If you run into any issues re-assigning your key just let me know.
