reset key???

Put my key in and it says it is invalid.

Go to support post that tells me to reset it from my account.

No clue given where this is and no link on my account to reset the key.

Hi cbesett,

The reset button will appear next to your license key when that key is assigned to to a domain, as it currently is not, no reset button is shown.

Can you please double check there is no whitespace before/after the license key within Event Espresso -> General Settings before saving?

there wasn’t but i went ahead and pasted again and it magically worked. weird.
