Resend copy of customer receipt

We have a customer requesting a copy of their receipt. I can’t seem to find where this would be done. How can this be performed within Event Espresso?

Hi Sara,

Unfortunately Receipt can mean different things to different people.

You can resend confirmation emails via Event Espresso -> Event Overview -> Hover over the event and click ‘Attendees’ then on the right hand side you’ll see an Envelope Icon, click this to re-send confirmation emails. You can also send Invoice/Payment Reminder’s by clicking the name of the attendee, ‘Veiw/Edit Payment’ on the right and then ‘Send Invoive’.

If the customer has already paid you may want to re-word the email before sending as it is geared towards a payment reminder.

If the customer is referring to a full payment receipt this will depend on the gateway used.
