Request Reset of License Key

Hello, my license key is active on montrealincognito.com however when I try to use automatic updates, it gives me the following error:
“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

Can you please reset the key so that we can use the update feature?

Hi Catherine,

Your license key has been reset.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more.

Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting.

That should allow you to use the auto update feature.
