Request License Reset

I requested a license reset through my account because my newly upgraded EE4 says wrong domain. I haven’t switched domains, I haven’t switched servers. My cart is failing and I am losing registrations.
When I went to do the request, it was trying to charge me a dollar and required me to create a cart item and pay for that. O.K. so I do that and your cart is failing. It will not complete the transaction.

This is not easy to work with your software or support. The upgrades have been brutal and continue to cause headache. Please reset my license key or whatever you need to do to fix this error created from upgrade.

“ERROR: Invalid domain for site key”

I don’t see this error when I am logged into WordPress. Obviously, this is where I tested the cart. My customers see the error so sadly, this is setback in this weekend’s business.

Please help as soon as you can.

Kind Regards,

Johnny Wilkins

Hi Johnny,

I’ve just rolled over your support license key and created a new one for you.

You can find it in your Event Espresso account:

https://eventespresso.com/users/chicagofishing/#account-settings

Apply the new key via the General Settings page for Event Espresso and save changes. Then try updating again.

Thank you so much for the fast response and repair!!! I was able to get my coding up and running thanks to you (and a Recapture set).
