Request License Key reset

Hello,

I am attempting to change the subdomain I have this hosted on from ‘training.broadleafgroup.com’ to ‘register.broadleafgroup.com’. How can I go about doing this?

Hi Katie,

We’ve reset your key. When changing a subdomain it may require updating the filepaths in the database if the WordPress URL is also being changed. The WP Migrate DP Pro plugin helps automate the process.

I also changed my domain name and now when a user goes to submit credit card payment information they get a white screen. Any thoughts?

Can you check the WordPress Address URL and Site Address URL in the WordPress General Settings? You may also want to use the Find and Replace Plugin in order to update the DB entries with the new URL.
