Renewing License

Hi,

I went to renew my license with EE4 but it is adding all the add ons that I already have to my bill. Do I need to renew my add ons too?

Hi Cindra, your support license along with add-ons are renewed annually. You should be seeing a 50% loyalty discount activating instead of the 25% discount that was being offered to personal support license holders up until late last year.

This is because we have transitioned to a more flexible billing system.
