Renew Only One Site License Key?

We will need to renew Event Espresso for only one of the site license keys we purchased last September, since we are now only using one of the three sites the keys were being used on. How do I do this and make sure the right key is renewed?

Also, can we still purchase the Permissions Pro add-on since we won’t have a Developer’s License anymore?
