Hello, i would like to skip the middle of the registration process. I do not need tickets for mye customers, im selling courses and they only need one.

I would like for my customers to click register – then fill out information – click submit, and thats it.. The registrations is over.

Is this possible?

Hi Knut,

The ticket selection is integral to the process.

One option is if you set the “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event” option in the event to 1, it will set the tickets as radio buttons so the can just click through that screen.

It might be possible to skip that screen entirely but it would require custom development to achieve.

Another option would be to enable the ticket selector on the event list page (Events > Template tab > Event List Pages section > Display Ticket Selector = Yes). This, combined with having just one ticket purchase per registration, would reduce the number of steps as they go from event list, direct to registration form.

Hi Dean, and thank you!

I have done what you say, http://familiehunden.no/?p=1867 and http://familiehunden.no/?p=1869

Still i do not think it got me any further? I still get to the ticket page – and i dont think its a good idea saying the class is free, when it actually cost 1500 NOK.

Im using the template plugin, could that be part of the problem?

ok – im thinking new here, and i belive it could be a good thing to send customer invoice when register.

But still – they can only buy one registration and its fix price, so i still would like them to proceed to the checkout page instead of the info/ticket page.. I really would like it to be as simple and smooth as possible..

Currently without custom development it is not possible to completely remove the ticket selector from the registrations.

However with the work around Dean has provided and the fact that you only allow single registrations it should be possible to hide the select so that only the ‘Register button’ is available.

As you do not use the standard event listing and create your own custom event pages, can you link me to one of the events where the attendee would register please?

Hmm, well the ticket selector can be hidden using this:

.espresso_events .tkt-slctr-tbl-wrap-dv {
  display: none;
}

http://take.ms/cGkmu

However you can not skip that page currently because your are using the Event Table Template, here: http://familiehunden.no/test-event-espresso/

Which links directly to the event itself, which is where the link takes you to here:

http://familiehunden.no/events/class-2/

Currently there is no way to know what I am attempting to book onto because there is no event description. Are you planning on creating a different page when using this for your live events?

I remembered in another thread you mentioned EventON.

In this post – https://eventespresso.com/topic/trouble-with-downloading-anyone-else/#post-161149

We recently had another user report problems with EventON conflicting with Event Espresso. Are you still using that plugin?

Thanks! That looks much better. Yes, i must add some description to it, now its just a blank spot and a registration button. There is info, but its placed under the facebook comments.. dont know why, but i guess that is possible to change.

About event on, i figuered out that was causing the problem – and removed it. So now i dont have any registration system at all.. so im stressed out getting espresso to work ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks a lot for helping!
