remove Required Fields for Payment methode

Good day Kindly i want to remove some required fields such as address and country etc.. to be just named, email, and mobile and i already created it with custom fields

Hi there,

Generally, if a payment method has fields set to required it is because the payment providers API requires them, so you can’t remove them.

Which payment method are you working with and where have you created the custom fields?

We have multiple PayPal payment methods, can you let me know which one?

Hi again,

It turns out the required fields are required by PayPal and therefore cannot be removed from the payment forms. If you have the same required fields on the registration forms you can remove those by editing the questions groups in Event Espresso > Registration Forms.
