Remove Payable To and Payable Address?

In the payment methods, how do I toggle OFF the Payable TO and Payable Address?

I would like to remove the text as these fields are not being used. See link below:

Hi,

You would need to use the quick localisation plugin or a gettext filter to replace those words with an empty value / nothing:
